PRF Under-Eye & Facial Rejuvenation

you want to brighten tired-looking under-eyes or enhance your skin’s overall texture and radiance—without synthetic fillers—PRF (Platel-Rich Fibrin) offers a natural, regenerative solution. PRF is derived from your own blood and contains a concentrated blend of platelets, fibrin, and growth factors that support healthier-looking skin gradually over time.

At Duke Medical Clinic, we provide both Liquid PRF and EZ GEL PRF treatments. These options are designed to soften the look of under-eye hollowness, improve skin tone and texture, and restore a refreshed, natural glow with subtle, progressive results.

What Is PRF?

PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is an advanced form of platelet therapy and is often considered a next-generation alternative to PRP. Unlike traditional platelet treatments, PRF creates a fibrin matrix that allows growth factors to be released more slowly, supporting ongoing skin rejuvenation.

PRF is commonly used to:

  • Reduce the appearance of under-eye hollowness and fatigue

  • Improve skin texture and promote a more even-looking tone

  • Enhance hydration and natural radiance

  • Support firmer, refreshed-looking skin over time

Because PRF is created entirely from your own body, results tend to appear natural, subtle, and progressive.

EZ GEL PRF Under Eyes — $1200

EZ GEL PRF is a thicker, gel-like form of PRF created through a specialized processing technique. It’s often selected for the delicate under-eye area when additional structure and support are desired compared to Liquid PRF alone.

Ideal for:

  • Under-eye hollowness (tear trough appearance)

  • Crepey or thin under-eye skin

  • Patients seeking a natural alternative to synthetic fillers

Treatment highlights:

  • Uses your own PRF, processed into a gel consistency

  • Designed specifically for under-eye rejuvenation

  • Improvements develop gradually as the skin respond

Liquid PRF Face — $1,200

PRF can also be used across the face to support overall skin rejuvenation. Liquid

Mild swelling, tenderness, or small bruises—especially under the eyes—are common and temporary. Most patients return to normal activities shortly after treatment.

How Many Sessions Are Recommended?

Many patients begin with a series of treatments for optimal results, followed by occasional maintenance sessions. Your provider will create a personalized plan based on your goals, skin condition, and treatment area.

Am I a Good Candidate?

You may be a good candidate for PRF if you:

  • Prefer a natural approach to facial rejuvenation

  • Have under-eye fatigue, mild hollowness, or crepey texture

  • Want to improve skin quality without synthetic fillers

  • Appreciate gradual, natural-looking results

A consultation is required to determine candidacy and confirm that PRF is the right treatment for you.
